All sales are final. Celanique does not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, color preferences, or minor product variations.

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence, including original packaging.

Claims submitted outside this timeframe or without sufficient proof will not be approved.

Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear is not covered.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for refunds.

Chargebacks initiated without contacting support first may result in denied assistance.
